Well Performance PVC Plastic Extruder for PP PE PPR PVC
Plastic Extruder:
1.Plastic extruder can produce PP PE PPR PVC profile pipe board sheet granules.
2.Plastic extruder can equip with single or conical twin screw according to raw material of product making.
3.Plastic extruder material adopts satinless steel, barrel screw use 38CrMoAIA.
4.Screw Nitriding depth of 0.5-0.6mm, hardness HV740-940, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8um.
5.Heating zone: Cast aluminum ring heater + Stainless steel shell + cooling fan.
6.Cooling device: Fan with air as the media to provide accurate temperature control.
7.Barrel cooling method:Cylinder surface groove, set with brass, aluminum heating tank and inner wind circle, with oil cooling and air-cooling at the same time, more precise temperature control.
8.Equipped with Quantitative feeding system and Vacuum air exhaust device
9.Extruder operation system adopts:AC motor,ABB frequency speed governor, Japanese RKC temperature controller ,SIEMENS contactor.
